File uploads
File upload forms without a server
Add an <input type="file"> to your form and FormSubmit stores the upload in private object storage, links it from the notification email and your dashboard, and passes signed download links to your integrations. Storage is pooled across your account: 100 MB on Free up to 10 GB on Business.
Private by default
Files are never publicly listed. Downloads go through your authenticated dashboard or time-limited signed links (valid for 7 days) in emails and webhooks.
Plain HTML works
Use enctype="multipart/form-data" and it just works for files up to about 4.5 MB per request.
Large files via direct upload
For bigger files (10 MB per file, 25 MB on Business), upload straight from the browser to storage with a short-lived token, then submit the reference.
Quota-aware
Per-file and per-account limits are enforced before anything is stored. Deleting a submission frees its storage immediately.
Retention applies
When a submission is purged by your retention policy, its files go with it.
Works with integrations
Webhooks, Slack, Discord, Airtable and Google Sheets receive file names and signed links.

100 MB on Free, 250 MB on Starter, 1 GB on Pro and 10 GB on Business, shared across all your forms.
Can anyone download my files?
No. Files are private. Only you (signed in) or someone holding a time-limited signed link can download them.
