Pricing FAQ
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 1 form, 50 submissions per month and 100 MB of file storage with every integration and spam protection. No credit card required.
What counts as a submission?
Each submission that lands in your inbox counts once. Submissions filtered as spam, honeypot hits and rejected requests don't count.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
We keep accepting and storing submissions so nothing is lost, but new ones are locked: you can't view them and they aren't emailed or forwarded. Upgrade to unlock them immediately, or wait for your usage to reset on the 1st of the month (UTC). We email you at 80% and 100% of your limit.
How is file storage counted?
Storage is the total size of files currently stored across all your forms. Deleting submissions (manually or via retention) frees space immediately.
What if I downgrade and have more forms than the new plan allows?
Nothing is deleted. Forms beyond the new limit are paused (they reply that the form is inactive), and you choose which forms stay active.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes. Every paid plan can be billed yearly at the price of 10 months — two months free.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments, which supports major cards and many local payment methods. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
