These terms govern your use of FormSubmit at formsubmit.app. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
FormSubmit provides hosted endpoints that receive web form submissions and deliver them to email and third-party services, along with related tools (form builder, hosted forms, dashboard).
Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Acceptable use
You may not use FormSubmit to:
- collect data unlawfully or without the notices and consents your jurisdiction requires;
- phish, collect passwords or payment card data, or impersonate others;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk email (including via autoresponders);
- upload or distribute malware or illegal content;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service.
We may suspend forms or accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You own the data your forms collect. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and deliver it as you configure. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for your own privacy notice.
Plans, billing and limits
Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Plan limits are described on the pricing page; submissions beyond your monthly limit are stored but locked until you upgrade or the limit resets. Downgrades may pause forms beyond the new plan's limit.
Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Integrations depend on third-party services outside our control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance by email or in the dashboard.
