Send form submissions to Discord
Get a rich Discord embed in any channel whenever your form is submitted. FormSubmit uses a channel webhook, so there is no bot to install and nothing else to host.
How to connect Discord

In Discord, open Channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook.

Name it (e.g. “Website forms”) and click Copy Webhook URL.

In FormSubmit, open your form → Integrations → Discord and paste the URL.

Click Send test to see the embed appear.
What FormSubmit sends
- An embed titled with your form name, linking to the submission
- Up to 24 fields (short values shown inline)
- Links to uploaded files
- The submission timestamp
