To send form submissions to Discord, create a webhook in the channel's settings and paste its URL into your FormSubmit form's Discord integration. Each submission arrives as a rich embed with every field and file link.
Steps
- Point your form at FormSubmit (see the HTML guide).
- In Discord: Edit Channel → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook, give it a name and avatar, then Copy Webhook URL.
- In FormSubmit: open the form → Integrations → Discord, paste the URL, save and click Send test.

Details
- Short answers are shown inline in the embed, long answers full width (up to Discord's 1,024 characters per field).
- Up to 24 fields per embed.
- Only non-spam submissions are posted; deliveries retry automatically if Discord rate-limits or is unavailable.
