Discord

Send submissions to a Discord channel as rich embeds using a channel webhook.

Setup

  1. In Discord, open the channel's Edit Channel → Integrations → Webhooks.
  2. Click New Webhook, name it and click Copy Webhook URL.
  3. In FormSubmit, open your form → Integrations → Discord, paste the URL and save.
  4. Click Send test.

Message format

Each submission becomes one embed:

  • Title "New submission — Form name", linking to the submission in your dashboard
  • Up to 24 fields — short values are shown inline, long ones full width (Discord limits each value to 1,024 characters)
  • A Files field with links when files were uploaded
  • The submission timestamp

The message is posted with the username "FormSubmit". The webhook URL is stored encrypted.
