Spam protection, captcha, webhooks, email notifications, autoresponders, file uploads, retention controls, export and every integration are included on all plans. Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months.
Monthly submissions
- Usage resets on the 1st of every month (UTC).
- Only inbox submissions count. Spam, honeypot hits and rejected requests don't.
- We email you at 80% and 100% of your limit.
Over the limit
Nothing is ever dropped because of your quota. Submissions keep being accepted and stored, but they are locked:
- they're hidden in the dashboard (shown as locked) and their files can't be downloaded,
- no notification emails, autoresponders or integration deliveries are sent for them.
Upgrading unlocks them immediately. Otherwise new submissions are processed normally again from the 1st of next month.
Storage
Storage is the total size of files currently stored across your forms. When it's full, submissions with files are rejected with storage_quota_exceeded (submissions without files still work). Deleting submissions frees space instantly.
Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. If you downgrade or a subscription ends and you have more forms than the new plan allows, nothing is deleted: extra forms are paused (they respond with form_inactive) and you choose which forms stay active from the billing page.
Rate limits
Independent of plan: 20 submissions per minute per IP per form, and 600 per minute per form.
