Choose how long each form keeps submissions: forever, 1 year, 90 days, 30 days, 7 days, or not at all. With “don’t store”, FormSubmit forwards the submission to email and integrations and keeps nothing afterwards — ideal for privacy-sensitive forms.
Per-form policy
Keep leads forever and delete support tickets after 90 days.
Daily purge
Expired submissions and their files are deleted automatically every day.
Forward-only mode
“Don’t store” delivers to email and integrations without keeping the submission. Uploaded files are removed after 7 days.

Are retries possible in forward-only mode?
Deliveries are best-effort in “don’t store” mode because there is no stored copy to retry from.
